Eric answered the telephone asked me to send pictures of the issue and he would call me back. He responded immediately and said he would come by and see if he could fix it without his tools. He was out and running errands. He was at my house within 30 minutes went into my shower and immediately fixed the problem. I was happy and surprised when he said no charge. What excellent customer service. I would recommend Bella Vista Glass as a place to call if you need any shower glass issues."
