He shared he didn't usually do this but to text him a picture. Within a few minutes, Eric called me and shared he just happened to have the needed piece, was 13 minutes away and he would be happy to stop by and fix it! I was absolutely amazed and so thankful!!! He did indeed come by and solved the problem. On top of everything, he didn't charge a service charge...just the cost of the piece.
